Farnham Estate Golf Club, Farnham Estate
We are currently seeking a Chef De Partie to join the team at Farnham Estate. You will take ownership of your section, delivering high-quality dishes with consistency and precision. Working closely with senior chefs, you will help maintain standards, support junior staff, and drive excellence. Responsibilities
Run and manage a designated section of the kitchen with full responsibility for output and quality.
Prepare, cook, and present dishes to a consistently high standard.
Ensure all food is prepared in line with recipes, portion control, and presentation guidelines.
Maintain strict hygiene, food safety, and HACCP standards at all times.
Assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Supervise and support Commis Chefs and junior kitchen staff.
Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering, and minimise waste.
Ensure your section is clean, organised, and ready for service.
Contribute ideas for menu development and specials.
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service periods.
