Group Cost Control & Performance Manager, Dublin 8

The Louis Fitzgerald Group are a leading hospitality group with multiple high‑volume venues across Dublin, Kildare, Galway and Cork , committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences while driving operational excellence.

We’re seeking a Group Cost Control & Performance Manager to imrpove our operational costs, procedures and performance and streamline processes across the group.

Excellent package on offer from €55,000 per year.

About The Role

As our Costs & performance manager, you will:

- Analyse operational costs across food, beverage and staffing to identify savings opportunities. 

- Implement best practices for stock control, waste reduction and supplier negotiations. 

- Develop and roll out efficiency initiatives that improve margins without compromising quality or service. 

- Collaborate with Operations Managers and Finance to ensure accurate reporting and compliance. 

- Prepare regular performance dashboards and present actionable insights to senior leadership. 

- Support training for venue managers on cost management and efficiency tools.
