Key Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and support the processing team during the shift.

Ensure production targets are met while maintaining quality and consistency.

Mix, decorate, fill, and box fresh doughnuts to specification.

Maintain top-tier food safety and hygiene standards.

Collaborate with managers to improve daily operations and shift handovers.

Provide training and development opportunities for team members.

Identify and implement process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

What We’re Looking For

Leadership Experience: Previous team leader or supervisory experience in a food or production setting.

Physical Stamina: Comfortable with physically active, on-your-feet work.

Problem‑Solving Skills: Calm, focused problem solver who thrives in fast‑paced environments.

Flexibility: Willingness to work across the full shift rota, including weekends.
