Maintenance Service Administrator– West Dublin Reed
West Dublin Reed is delighted to partner with a fantastic company for the recruitment of a Maintenance Service Administrator. You will be joining an extremely busy and friendly office and report directly to the Maintenance Service Manager. Working Hours
8.30 am - 5.00 pm, finish at 4.00 pm on Friday. Benefits

Multitasking is hugely important along with attention to detail and organization. Working on own initiative as well as part of a team. Enthusiastic professional and motivated by working in challenging&fast paced environment. Excellent computer skills. Fluent English. Duties in the role
Dealing proactively with two very busy inboxes&phones. Following up on customer inquiries, preparing quotes and proposals. Ability&desire to resolve customer queries. Supporting daily operational functions within the department. Managing calendars / appointments. Handling/file management. Answering phones. Updating Oscar (In House System) with information– addresses / contacts / access details. Liaising with the out of hours call centre.Issuing worksheets. Processing quotes. Processing planned repairs. Processing Site Hazards. Processing Insurance reports - incoming and outgoing. Processing Entrapments reports. Scheduling engineers to sites. Service Department support. Assisting Accounts Department. Managing clients Portals.Processing RAMS. Sending Invoices to clients. PO / Accounts Assist. Adhoc duties.
