Role Overview We are seeking a Quantity Surveyor to support the commercial delivery of structural steelwork projects from tender through to final account.

Key Responsibilities

Cost planning, budgeting, and valuations

Reviewing drawings and contract documents

Managing subcontractors and variations

Preparing interim payments and final accounts

Supporting tendering and pricing

Requirements

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related field

3+ years' experience (steelwork/construction preferred)

Strong commercial and analytical skills

Good knowledge of contracts (RIAI/NEC an advantage)

Proficient in Excel and MS Office
