Overview Emerald Locums is recruiting for a Senior Dietitian to join the Children’s Disability Network Team (CDNT) based in Westmeath. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Dietitian to work within a supportive multidisciplinary team providing high‑quality care to children and young people with complex needs.

Duties

Provide assessment, intervention, and management plans for children with complex nutritional needs

Work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary Children’s Disability Network Team

Deliver family‑centred care and support

Maintain accurate clinical records and reports

Participate in service development and team meetings

Support junior staff and students where required

Requirements

Recognised qualification in Dietetics

CORU registration essential

Minimum 3+ years’ experience working in Dietetics

Previous experience working within paediatrics and/or disability services

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Full clean driver’s licence and access to own transport preferred

Ability to work independently and manage a varied caseload
