Teamworx are delighted to be recruiting a Food and Beverage Supervisor for a bustling 4 star boutique Hotel in North County Dublin. We are seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Food&Beverage Supervisor to join our clients team in a busy 4-star hotel with a high-volume and diverse F&B offering. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences across restaurant, bar, and events service. Key Responsibilities

Supervise the day-to-day operations of the Food&Beverage outlets, including restaurant, bar, and banqueting Lead, motivate, and support the F&B team to deliver outstanding service standards Ensure smooth service during busy periods, acting as a hands-on leader on the floor Assist in staff training, development, and performance management Monitor service quality, hygiene, and health&safety standards in line with hotel policies Handle guest queries, feedback, and complaints professionally and efficiently Support stock control, ordering, and inventory management Work closely with the kitchen and management team to ensure seamless service delivery Requirements

Minimum

1–2 years’ experience

in a supervisory role within a hotel or high-volume F&B environment Strong knowledge of restaurant and bar operations Excellent leadership and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced setting Strong customer service focus with attention to detail Flexibility to work five days over 7 Knowledge of HACCP and health&safety standards Experience in banqueting and events service Wine and beverage knowledge Experience with POS systems Hospitality qualification (preferred but not essential) What We Offer
