Essential Job Function

Issue and return parts as per Stores procedures.

Pick and issue material requisitions and deliver to point of use whilst adhering to agreed delivery times; ensure stock integrity and accuracy is maintained.

Maintain min‑max stock thresholds.

Perform cycle counts as required.

Maintain 5S standards by ensuring all Stores areas are neat and tidy.

Replenish vending machines as per daily schedules.

Contribute to the Stores Continuous Improvement Process.

Operate and drive a fork truck and pallet truck as required.

Unload and receive inbound material, verify the condition of the shipment and ensure accuracy of paperwork.

Provide good customer service to in‑house and external customers.

Carry out receiving inspections to obtain a receiving stamp.

Provide flexibility to cover Point of Use, Receiving&Shipping as required depending on business needs.

Candidate Requirements

Leaving Certificate (minimum). Degree desirable.

Previous warehouse experience, preferably in the aviation industry.

Forklift experience an advantage; training can be provided.

Knowledge of industry and personal safety requirements.

Knowledge of Stores procedures and control.

Computer literate.

Excellent communication skills.

Demonstrates an excellent safety behaviour and attitude.

Demonstrates a high level of focus on customer service.

Demonstrates appropriate attitude and behaviour in support of safe working practices and warehouse standards.

Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail.

Strong work ethic, reliable, self‑motivated with a positive attitude, and very customer‑service oriented.

Team player with passion and enthusiasm for the brand.

Typical Working Conditions

Must satisfy and maintain the required medical standard.

Work is performed at the AAG Hangar in Shannon.

PPE is provided by AAG and mandatory in the performance of your work.

Must satisfy and maintain airport security requirement.
