Sous Chef (Accomodation available if required), Aughrim

We are currently seeking a talented Junior Sous Chef to join our growing team. This role is ideal for an experienced culinary professional with a genuine passion for the hospitality industry and a strong background in kitchen operations. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of our kitchens, ensuring high standards of food quality, consistency, and presentation. 
• Work closely with the Head Chef and Kitchen Crew in the creation, planning, and execution of menus. 
• Assist in the training, mentoring, and development of new crew members, fostering a positive, supportive, and efficient work environment. 
• Lead by example, contributing to a culture of teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement. 
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently and collaboratively, showing strong initiative and leadership skills. 
• Maintain excellent standards of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen organisation. 

Requirements: 

• Extensive experience working in busy, fast-paced kitchens. 
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills. 
• A passion for cooking, creativity, and delivering outstanding customer experiences. 
• Ability to thrive under pressure while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.

• Salary €36,650 per Annum
