Ballinderry Nursing Home presents an exciting opportunity for experienced, caring, and enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our multi‑disciplinary team. Located in a rural setting near the village of Kilconnell, this purpose‑built facility provides the highest standard of nursing care in a family‑run, private environment, caring for 44 residents in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.Qualifications / Skills / Responsibilities

Assisting residents with their personal care/hygiene needs while always maintaining their privacy and dignity. Knowing the resident’s needs and supporting the nursing staff in delivering high‑quality person‑centered care to meet all care needs of residents. FETAC/QQI Level 5 qualification in Healthcare or equivalent.Professional, friendly attitude and effective communication skills. Experience working in a healthcare environment (good knowledge of HIQA standards preferred) and reliable, professional, and punctual. Assisting in maintaining high standards in the home and following all policies and procedures.Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and legislative guidelines. All posts are subject to satisfactory references from previous employment, medical, and Garda vetting.
