Retail Manager, Ballinasloe

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Retail Deli Manager to join our team.

In this role, you will support the daily running of a fastpaced deli, lead a small team, deliver excellent customer service, and ensure high foodsafety and hygiene standards.

• Oversee daily deli counter operations and presentation
• Lead, train, and support deli staff
• Ensure HACCP, food safety, and allergen standards are met
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Manage stock, ordering, and product rotation (FIFO)
• Support sales targets and minimise waste

• Experience in a deli or freshfood environment
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and HACCP
• Ability to lead a team and work in a busy environment
• Excellent communication and customerservice skills
• Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, Monday to Friday
