Overview

Head Chef and business partner required for the Old Market Bar and Restaurant in Bandon. A percentage of profits from the business. Responsibilities

Lead a busy kitchen environment and set high operational standards. Develop menus and creative offerings (creative license to create new menus). Drive food quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction. Qualifications

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. Fully trained and certified in HACCP. Strong understanding of budgeting and labour costs. Passion for leadership and teamwork in a fast-paced kitchen. Able to work as a business partner with responsibility for profitability. Compensation

Salary between€50,000 and €60,000 depending on experience. Bonuses for waste control and labour cost management. All tips shared equally between kitchen and front-of-house staff. How to apply
