The IT Portfolio Delivery Manager will oversee Carbery’s global IT portfolio, ensuring predictable and effective delivery across multiple small IT teams while driving alignment to strategic goals. Responsibilities

Manage portfolio intake and prioritisation, ensuring work is aligned with strategic goals. Coordinate cross‑functional delivery and facilitate Agile ceremonies as a certified Scrum Master. Maintain governance, metrics, and reporting, providing clear executive‑ready portfolio updates. Balance capacity, manage risks and streamline processes, promoting consistent methods, tooling and reporting acrossregions.Support teams to focus on high‑value technical and strategic work, driving continuous improvement. Operate as the central point of communication between IT, business stakeholders and partners, ensuring alignment on priorities, expectations and decisions. Apply right‑sized Agile practices, defining and tracking KPIs relatedto IT project delivery, solution adoption and business impact.Manage internal and external resources, including onboarding and coordinating external partners during peaks. Identify and mitigate risks proactively, managing scope and change control. Drive consistency in delivery methods, tools and reporting across regions, facilitating cross‑regional prioritisation.Remove delivery‑related administrative burdens, allowing team members to focus on technical and strategic tasks. Lead retrospectives and embed continuous improvement practices. Qualifications

A certified Scrum Master. Proficiency in managing competing priorities and cross‑functional teams. Strong communication skills, with the ability to build trust, maintain transparency and address user feedback. Adaptability to evolving customer needs and ability to collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams.Core Competencies
