to support talent acquisition across our fast‑growing European business. This is an exciting opportunity to join a global consultancy with ambitious regional growth plans. While the role is offered as an

initial 12‑month fixed term contract , our expansion across Europe may create longer‑term opportunities for the successful candidate. Based in Dublin, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent for our

Infrastructure team in Europe , while also supporting recruitment across other sectors as needed. This is a

hands‑on, end‑to‑end recruitment role

where you will identify, engage, and hire exceptional project managers, cost managers, and project controls specialists who help deliver world‑class infrastructure and construction projects. You will collaborate closely with the Infrastructure Recruitment Team Leadand the wider European recruitment team, contributing to a high‑performing, fast‑paced environment. There is also scope for this role to include

key account management

as well as l ine management

responsibility. This role would suit an experienced recruitment profesional with corporate experience, ideally within a professional services environment, or agency recruiter from a construction backgroundwho is looking for more variety and responsibility in a corporate recruitment role within a thriving international consultancy.Key accountabilities: Understand and navigate thelocalmarket, promoting marketactivitiesandbestpractices Responsible for ATS (SmartRecruiters) data accuracy and process compliance, from raising requisitions and job posting through to hiring Engage with key programme,country, and regional stakeholdersto understand theshort-, mid-, and long-termrecruitment needs, promoting a positive, proactive response to meeting demandWorkclosely with the wider recruitment team, including coaching / mentoring / line managing colleagues as agreed EnsurecompliancyregardingCI and EDI of theEuropeanrecruitmentprocess Qualifications

Minimum 7years'experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, ideally with experience in the construction market recruiting project managers, cost managers or project controls specialists. Passion for recruiting and finding top talents in a challenging environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalFluency in English is essential for this role, other European languages are beneficial Able to build relationships with stakeholders and candidates Motivated, flexible and results driven Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise Additional Information
