The Insight Centre is a multidisciplinary clinic providing Psychology and Speech-Language Therapy (SLT) services for children and adults. We utilize evidence-based interventions to address a wide range of mental health and neurodevelopmental challenges. Our mission is to empower individuals by teaching skills, reducing distress, and fostering understanding in their personal journeys toward well-being.

Role Description This is a full-time, hybrid-based role for a Psychologist, with full-time/part-time roles available in our Mount Merrion and Portmarnock locations with flexible opportunities for remote work. The Psychologist will deliver therapeutic interventions and conduct psychological assessments for clients of varying ages. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with the multidisciplinary team, developing personalized care plans, maintaining accurate records, and providing guidance to clients and their families to address mental health and neurodevelopmental needs effectively. Salary is commensurate with HSE payscales, starting at€62,596.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health practices

Skills in administering and interpreting Psychological Assessments

Foundational knowledge in relevant fields such as Medicine

Strong interpersonal communication and empathy when working with individuals and families

Experience in applying evidence‑based therapeutic techniques

Professional certification or licensure to practice as a Psychologist

Master’s or doctoral degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related discipline

Prior experience working with children and adults is preferred

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
