About the job #10251 - Warehouse Operations Supervisor, 40k - 50k We are looking for a hands‑on, enthusiastic, and reliable Warehouse Operations Supervisor to work with our client’s Managing Director to help manage the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations as their business continues to grow. The role will be both office and factory floor/warehouse based, with a good variety of tasks in a busy environment.

Responsibilities :

Plan out daily workflow and ensure all staff know what needs to be done each day

Willing to works hands on loading /unloading trucks with forklift and on machines in the event of staff holidays or for illness cover

Sage Create delivery dockets for outgoing orders

Book Transport incoming and outgoing with transport providers

Generate waste transfer forms for collections

Manage wastewater discharge and log as required

Prepare customer orders based on their requirements

Quality check all orders before despatch

Organise warehouse efficiently

Ensure staff are working safely and as efficiently as possible

Work with the Managing Director to coordinate housekeeping and maintenance

Responsible for maintaining the following systems:

Risk assessments, staff training and safety statement upkeep

Quality system including Non-conformance reports and quality alerts

Certificates of recover to be issued weekly to customers for every load collected

Site Log log all incoming waste IBCs and drums in the site log

Package :

Salary of between 45-50k

After probation period of 1 year salary will be reviewed and there will be a contribution to health insurance and pension
