Senior Product Marketing Manager– EMEA Dublin (Hybrid)

Alternatives is partnering with a high-growth global SaaS business to appoint a Senior Product Marketing Manager for its expanding EMEA team.

We are looking for a strategic, commercially minded product marketer who can turn customer insight, data and market intelligence into powerful go-to-market strategies. This is a high-impact role driving product launches, adoption and positioning across multiple EMEA markets.

What You’ll Do

Lead GTM and product adoption programmes for EMEA.

Shape positioning, messaging and launch plans for new features and products.

Localise global strategies and collaborate closely with international PMM teams.

Enable sales, customer success and marketing to communicate product value.

Build campaigns that strengthen competitive differentiation.

Drive customer research and market insights, owning EMEA competitive intelligence.

Track performance metrics and optimise based on data and customer feedback.

What You Bring

5+ years in product marketing, ideally in SaaS or technology.

Strong storytelling and communication skills.

A data-led, strategic mindset with the ability to execute.

Curiosity, creativity, and a bias for action.

Collaborative approach and comfort working cross-functionally
