Senior Marketing&Campaigns Lead Location: Dublin (Hybrid)

The Opportunity A leading organisation is seeking a senior marketing professional to lead the development and delivery of integrated, market-facing campaigns that drive brand visibility, stakeholder engagement and commercial growth.

This is a strategic leadership role, bringing together brand campaigns, events, sponsorship and digital activation to create a cohesive and impactful market presence. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will shape campaign strategy, align priorities and maximise the impact of key marketing investments.

You will also lead a high-performing team and ensure all marketing activity is aligned to broader business objectives and measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and deliver an integrated marketing and campaign strategy aligned to business priorities

Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel campaigns across brand, content, digital and events

Identify key market themes and opportunities to drive visibility and engagement

Provide strategic oversight of events and sponsorship activity

Ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all marketing initiatives

Collaborate with senior stakeholders to shape go-to-market initiatives

Define KPIs and measure campaign effectiveness and ROI

Manage budgets and optimise performance through insight-led decision making

Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing marketing team

Experience Required

Senior marketing leadership experience within a complex organisation

Strong background in integrated campaign strategy and delivery

Experience overseeing events, sponsorship and brand activation

Proven ability to influence and engage senior stakeholders

Commercial mindset with focus on measurable outcomes

Experience in B2B or professional services environment desirable

Strong leadership and team development capabilities
