Internal Communications Manager A leading international organisation is seeking an experienced Internal Communications Manager to join its corporate team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver internal communications strategy aligned to business priorities and organisational goals
Partner with senior leaders to shape messaging, communications plans and engagement initiatives
Lead communications activity across change, transformation and business‑critical projects
Create clear, engaging and audience‑focused communications across multiple channels
Support leadership teams with communication planning and employee engagement initiatives
Use insight and analytics to continuously improve communication effectiveness
Build strong relationships across leadership, communications and wider business teams
About You
Significant experience in internal communications within a large or complex organisation
Strong stakeholder management and influencing capability, with confidence operating at senior leadership level
Proven experience supporting organisational change or transformation initiatives
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information
Commercially aware, proactive and delivery focused
Strong judgement, resilience and ability to operate effectively in fast‑paced environments
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
