The Opportunity McCallion Group is seeking an experienced Site Manager with a strong background in commercial builds to be based at one of our project sites in Northern Ireland. As a Site Manager, you will play a key role in coordinating trades, managing site activities, and ensuring programme targets, quality standards, safety compliance, and client expectations are consistently met.

What You Will Deliver

Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage subcontractor teams.

Drive programme and quality targets in line with company standards.

Maintain a strong focus on Health&Safety compliance and Quality Assurance.

Maintain accurate site records and assist the project manager with progress reports, and documentation.

Support procurement and materials management to meet programme requirements.

What You Will Bring

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Site Manager within commercial construction environments.

Preferably an engineering or construction-related qualification.

Excellent knowledge of construction trades, techniques and H&S standards.

Strong leadership, organisation and communication skills.

IT skills (MS Office; project reporting tools)

Willingness to travel to sites across Ireland as required.

CSR black card or SMSTS certification.
