What you need to know You will work as a Temporary

Production Operative for a company leading Ireland’s innovation revolution in modern methods of construction. Based in their manufacturing facility in Carlow , you will support the production of high-quality timber frame and light-gauge steel components.

Your new job Key duties&responsibilities:

Operate machinery and equipment in the production process

Carry out quality checks to ensure products meet required standards

Work across multiple tasks to achieve delivery and quality targets

Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment

Follow all safety protocols and company procedures

Maintain accurate records of production output and quality

What are we looking for?

Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team

Excellent attention to detail and a“get it right first time” attitude

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Previous manufacturing experience an advantage, not essential

Good level of English
