Key Responsibilities Support service users to achieve personal goals and access community opportunities Develop and deliver individual support programmes Lead and support a team of staff Promote independent living and person-centred planning Maintain high standards of care, health&safety, and service quality Work closely with families, stakeholders, and external agencies ? Requirements Level 7 qualification in Health&Social Care or related field Experience supporting adults with disabilities Full clean driving licence Experience with person-centred planning and community integration Strong IT and report-writing skills ?? Salary&Benefits€39,120 €47,484 pro rata DOE ?
