Multi Property Marketing Manager
to support and execute the marketing strategy across Fota Island Resort and The Kingsley.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver an annual group marketing strategy aligned with commercial objectives.
Protect and evolve the individual brand identities of Fota Island Resort and The Kingsley while maintaining consistency at group level.
Lead seasonal, tactical, and long-term brand campaigns across leisure, dining, weddings, events, and corporate segments.
Oversee digital channels including website, social media, email marketing, SEO, and paid media
Monitor analytics, reporting regularly on campaign effectiveness, web performance, and audience growth
Lead content strategy across photography, video, copy, and social-first storytelling
Manage creative briefs and production scheduled with agencies and freelancers
Manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, analyse performance data, and report on ROI while making data-driven recommendations for improvement
Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team across the group
What We're Looking For
Previous experience in a senior marketing role, ideally within hospitality, tourism or lifestyle brands
Previous experience managing multi-property or multi-brand portfolios
Strong understanding of digital marketing, content strategy, and brand-led storytelling
Experience with email marketing and CRM toolsUnderstanding of SEO and performance marketing metrics
Strong analytical and reporting skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multi-property campaigns
Excellent communication, organisational, and leadership skills
