are currently recruiting a Health&Safety Manager for a top civils contractor to cover civils projects across Munster area. They are looking a candidate to contribute to the Health&Safety coordination across the organisation, and in addition support and develop their policies to reduce potential risks. The successful candidate will be NEBOSH Certified with a minimum of 5 years’ experience performing in a similar role within the construction sector.

Health&Safety Manager Responsibilities: Liaise with the Contracts Manager and Senior Management Team Manage and maintain the company’s Health and Safety policies and procedures Develop all Health and Safety plans to align with current legislations Coordinate all Health&Safety activities on various sites Manage and coordinate Health&Safety Officers and Advisors Ensure that regular Site Visits and Inspections are completed and the relevant paperwork is completed Ensure that all accidents / incidents are dealt with appropriately and plans are made to avoid these situations Liaise with internal and external auditors in regards to Health&Safety processes within the company Prepare and coordinate training for all employees Attend meetings with Senior Management Attend Site Meetings Ensure at all times that extremely high standards are maintained throughout the company

Health&Safety Manager Specification: Health and Safety Degree or Qualification 5 years plus experience in a similar position Able manage a Health&Safety team Excellent communicator NEBOSH Cert Confident in the use of Microsoft Office Full driving licence Excellent salary and package available to the right candidate.
