ArchHealth is recruiting a Person in Charge (PIC) for residential disability services on behalf of a client. This role provides an experienced Social Care professional with a well‑supported leadership position within a structured, person‑centred organisation prioritising quality care, staff wellbeing, and professional development. You will work closely with senior management and multidisciplinary teams to support high‑quality, person‑centred service delivery while maintaining a strong work‑life balance.

About the Role As PIC, you will oversee daily operation of residential disability services and support service users to achieve meaningful, independent lives within their communities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support staff teams

Maintain HIQA compliance and service standards

Support care planning and individual outcomes

Promote dignity, inclusion, and independence

Support safeguarding and high‑quality care practices

Build positive relationships with families and multidisciplinary teams

Ensure responsive and person‑centred service delivery

Requirements

Level 7 qualification in Social Care or equivalent

CORU registration or active CORU application

Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience within social care or disability services

Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills

Full clean driving licence

Eligibility to work in Ireland (visa sponsorship not available)

Career Level Managerial
