Relief Chef – Mayo

Responsibilities of the Chef:

Preparing and cooking food to a high standard Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards at all times Supporting kitchen teams during peak service periods Managing food prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness Adapting quickly to different menus and kitchen environments

Requirements for the Chef:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a fast-paced kitchen Culinary qualification is an advantage but not essential Manual Handling and HACCP certification (training available if required) Flexibility to work a range of shifts
