Summer Merchandiser - Suntory, Mayo

Suntory Beverage is a leading soft drinks company and part of the global Suntory Group, one of the world’s largest food and beverage organisations. With a strong presence across Great Britain and Ireland, the business is behind some of the region’s most iconic brands, including Lucozade Energy, Lucozade Sport, Ribena and Orangina.

This is a seasonal support role running from 1st June to 31st August. The primary focus of the Summer Merchandiser is to support the wider sales and merchandising team by ensuring excellent in-store execution, product availability, and brand visibility across assigned stores. This role is focused on merchandising standards and store support rather than direct sales.

Primary Responsibilities

Support Sales Merchandisers in delivering best-in-class in-store executionMaintain high standards of merchandising across all assigned storesEnsure shelves are fully stocked and products are displayed correctlyImplement planograms and promotional displays as directedAssist with the setup and maintenance of in-store activationsEnsure product availability by identifying and escalating out-of-stock issuesMerchandise off-shelf displays and promotional activityFollow a defined call file and journey planBuild positive relationships with store staff and managementAccurately record and submit activity data on a daily basisProvide timely feedback to your line managerMaintain CPM and client standards at all timesAttend team calls and meetings as requiredWork efficiently to complete all assigned tasks to a high standardSupport continuous improvement and bring a positive team-focused mindset

Requirements
