Fit-Out Site Manager Job Location: Dublin Sector: Fit-Out Inform3 are recruiting for A Fit-Out Site Manager to join a specialist Fit-Out contractor that works with blue chip clients across Dublin. The candidate must have experience working on commercial, be able to handle responsibility and work off their own initiative. They offer candidates a great opportunity for progression with their internal growth policy.

Job Requirements: Ability to handle and execute client requests. Ensure that the companies quality standards are met. Manage all materials on site, making sure materials are correct and ordered in time. Report directly to Project Manager. Ability to work to specified deadlines. Ensure all aspects of Health and Safety are followed and adhered to.Carry out site inspections. Co-ordinate site meetings and file reporting for senior management. Co-ordinate equipment and machinery.

Job Specification: Full driving license. 4+ years relevant work experience. Competent on Microsoft Office. Preferably from a Fit-Out/Joinery background. Ability to manage and motivate site teams. Sound knowledge of standards and specifications. The client understands the importance of quality staff.
