Restaurant Manager, Kerry

Red Chair Recruitment are currently seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager for one of our clients in a busy 4-star hotel based in Tralee Co. Kerry.

As the Restaurant Manager you must have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for hospitality.

REQUIREMENTS

3+ years’ experience as a restaurant manager or in a related hospitality role. Excellent organizational and communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with an outgoing personality Ability to work well under pressure. Ensuring outstanding customer service is achieved at all times. Strong management skills. Strong knowledge of food service, hospitality operations, and industry standards.
