Host customers in the shop and provide best-in-class service. Cross‑sell retail and online products and services. Answer customer queries and inform about current promotions. Assist customers to place bets through betting terminals, telephone services, and in‑shop transactions. Maintain excellent shop presentation standards.Steer operations in the absence of the Shop and Deputy Manager, ensuring smooth functioning. Adapt to different situations while remaining customer‑focused. Fulfil social‑responsibility duties in line with guidelines and regulations. Benefits
