Chef de Rang

This position is part of the Food&Beverage team across The Falls Restaurant, Sheen Bar and Sheen Lounge. We are looking for an experienced Chef de Rang to deliver 5-star guest experiences in a luxury setting.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role

Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service

Professional, friendly and guest-focused approach

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Permission to live and work in Ireland

Key Responsibilities

Deliver warm, attentive and professional service at all times

Demonstrate strong menu and beverage knowledge

Prepare outlets for service and maintain exceptional presentation standards

Ensure smooth communication between kitchen and service teams

Support and guide Commis de Rang and F&B Assistants

Comply with all hotel standards, procedures and health&safety requirements

This is a full-time, rostered position including evenings and weekends.
