About the Role We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused

Leisure Club Attendant

to join our team in Clonmel. This is a full-time position focused primarily on

gym operations and fitness management .

You’ll play a key role in delivering a high-quality service to our members, supervising the gym floor, conducting fitness inductions, and ensuring a clean, safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day gym and leisure club operations

Assist members with fitness queries and equipment use

Conduct fitness assessments, inductions, and training plans

Ensure high standards of cleanliness and safety throughout the facility

Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs

Support fitness classes and wellness events

Provide exceptional customer service at all times

What We’re Looking For

Experience in a gym, leisure centre, or fitness environment

Qualification in Fitness Instruction (EQF Level 3 or equivalent)

First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Friendly, reliable, and approachable personality

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

What We Offer Competitive hourly rate:€14 – €15/hour, depending on experience

39 hours per week, full-time position
