The key responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:

Cut, trim and prepare meat to meet specifications

Pack and prepare meat

Pack, palletize and dispatch product

Receive and unload materials

Manage production targets

A minimum of 2 years previous experience in a skilled butchers/boners role is essential.

Remuneration is€36,605 per annum based on a 39 hour week.
