Join our Finance Transformation team and help clients build agile, cost-effective Finance functions that drive business outcomes. You’ll work across sectors on transformation programmes that integrate digital technologies, analytics, and automation to deliver lasting impact. Working as part of diverse client engagement teams, delivering high-quality work within expected timeframes and budgets. Building long-term client relationships and contributing to practice development through thought leadership and training. Supporting Finance transformation initiatives including strategy, operating model design, and technology enablement.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that align with client goals. Managing risk and ensuring stakeholders are informed throughout project delivery. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a forward-thinking mindset. Ability to work collaboratively in team environments and manage client expectations. Excellent communication skills and business acumen. Understanding of finance and accounting technology landscape and emerging trends.Comfortable with business performance management, ERP systems, and automation tools. Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Experience delivering change in Finance functions across sectors such as Life Sciences, Utilities, and Public Sector. Knowledge of tools like SAP S/4HANA, Oracle ERP, Anaplan, Tableau, and RPA platforms. Experience in ERP and BPM implementations, reporting transformation, and project management.What We Look For
