Cpl Healthcare in partnership with our client, (a well known reputable Nursing Home group in Ireland) has an exciting opportunity for EU Passport Holders and Stamp 1G / Stamp 4 to take up a full-time position in their nursing home in North Co Dublin. The successful candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met in a safe and supportive environment.Interested candidates must have a Diploma / bachelor’s degree in nursing Minimum of 6 months post graduate nursing experience Full NMBI registration or at the end of the registration process Good level of English Previous experience in elderly care or a nursing home setting is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently Commitment to providing high standards of care and professionalism Key Responsibilities:

Deliver person-centred care to residents in accordance with best practice and regulatory standards. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring accurate documentation. Monitor and assess residents’ health status and respond to changes promptly. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including doctors, therapists, and care assistants.Maintain accurate and up-to-date nursing records and care plans. Support residents with daily activities and promote independence where possible. Ensure compliance with HIQA standards and NMBI guidelines. Participate in audits, training, and continuous professional development. Provide leadership and guidance to healthcare assistants and junior staff.Benefits:
