Our Finance Transformation team helps clients build agile, business-focused Finance functions that meet stakeholder needs. You’ll work across sectors to deliver innovative solutions in areas like Agile Business Finance, Value and Performance Management, Global Business Services, and Finance Strategy.Your Key Responsibilities

Collaborating with diverse client engagement teams to deliver high-quality work on time and within budget. Building long-term client relationships and identifying new business opportunities. Supporting practice development through thought leadership, marketing, and training. Demonstrating technical capabilities in Finance operations, operating models, and enabling technologies.Staying current on industry trends and sharing insights with clients and colleagues. Skills and Attributes for Success

Strong process improvement experience in areas like Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Record to Report, Budgeting, Planning, and Reporting. Ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to lead junior team members.Business acumen and adaptability to new knowledge. Ideally, You’ll Also Have

Professional qualifications such as MBA, ACCA/ACA/CIMA or PMP/Prince2. Experience in finance transformation and technology projects. Proven ability to shape business proposals and manage stakeholder relationships. What We Look For
