CPR/AED Certification required

First Aid Certification preferred

CAP Certification Preferred

Substantial knowledge of the fundamental and technical aspects of Volleyball

Ability to effectively foster the improvement of student athletes as Volleyball athletes

Must abide by the Waterford School District Coaches Handbook and overall District athletic philosophy

Essential Functions

Plan, organize and facilitate practices

Oversee and manage meets

Assist athletes in developing Volleyball fundamentals

Communicate effectively with all stakeholders

Work effectively with the entire coaching staff and athletic department

Teach, maintain and enforce character and academic expectations within the program

Reports To Building Principal and Assistant Building Athletic Director

Workday/Week Varies

Starting Date TBD, based on off-season workout schedule

Compensation Determined by Teacher Master Agreement and years of experience
