If this sounds like a place where you could shine, we want to talk to you.Here’s how you’ll bring the K Club’s trailblazing vision to life: To monitor the Accommodation Teams to ensure that all rooms, private properties and public areas and Clubhouses receive service to the agreed standard To allocate and oversee the duties of the Accommodation team to ensure that allrooms apartments and public areas are servicedto the agreed standardTo inspect all serviced rooms on a daily basis to ensure the agreed standard is being upheld Work with and develop excellent relationships with all relevant departments to ensure the efficient running ofthe department Assist with purchasing and re-ordering of housekeeping supplies and inventory Assist with training of all new team members to the required standard.Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, health&safety and conduct. Ensure allguest requests are fulfilled in an efficient manner. Report all maintenance issues promptly to the maintenance department and follow up to ensure they are rectified to the appropriate standard.
