We are currently seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in our Clare office. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met. Responsibilities

Regularly communicating with clients to understand their needs and concerns. Conducting research to identify potential new clients or markets Regularly reading industry publications and attending relevant events or webinars Understanding the client's needs and tailoring solutions to meet their unique requirementsSharing insights with colleagues and clients to enhance their understanding of the market Chasing leads provided by the marketing team. Regularly reviewing accounts receivable to identify outstanding balances Requirements

APA or CIP qualified. CPD in line with Minimum Competency requirements A minimum of 1 year insurance experience.
