We are Unio, an established Wealth Management business backed by Great-West Lifeco, via its Irish subsidiary Irish Life Group.
Unio specialises in private wealth management and employee benefit consultancy and has over 30 years’ experience advising companies and personal investors.
With offices in Dublin, Cork and Limerick, Unio has€14 billion in assets under administration and advice. We advise more than 10,000 private clients in relation to wealth management.
A key component within Unio, the Wealth Management division oversees all client engagement including delivery of a unique outcome based proposition to existing and prospective clients. This is delivered through the wealth management advisory team and supported by the client service function. The Wealth management team develop insightful thought leadership content and will lead and refine the capability of the wealth management advisory team.
Ideal candidates will have 2+ years’ Pension Scheme Portfolio administration experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Administration and management of a portfolio of corporate client Executive and Small Self-Administered Schemes.
Ensuring that all aspects of the day-to-day admin of each scheme are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
Preparation on an annual basis of benefit statements and trustee reports.
Dealing with enquiries from client companies and scheme members.
Skills&Qualifications:
2-3+ years portfolio administration experience essential.
QFA qualified or progressing towards qualification.
A very good understanding of the relevant underlying Pensions legislation and regulatory environment.
Keen attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills.
Ability to act on own initiative and manage own workload to ensure all SLA’s adhered or exceeded, all deadlines are met, and resolutions found for all complex issues.
A team player with good interpersonal skills, willing to impart knowledge and develop knowledge and skills within their team.
