Speech&Language Therapist- Senior Grade- CDNT, Dublin Pike

Cpl Healthcare, in partnership with our clients, is seeking passionate and experienced Senior Speech&Language Therapists to join a dynamic team serving children and young people (0-18) with complex needs. These rewarding roles are based in Dublin North.

What You’ll Do:

Conduct thorough assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.

Design and deliver tailored therapy programs using evidence-based approaches.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including occupational therapists, psychologists, educators, and other professionals, to create integrated treatment plans.

Support families and caregivers with education and strategies to enhance communication at home.

Lead and contribute to the Assessment of Need (AON) process under the Disability Act.

Monitor progress and adapt interventions to ensure the best outcomes for your clients.

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of assessments, progress, and treatment plans.

Essential Requirements:

Recognised qualification in Speech&Language Therapy

Minimum of 3 years’ post‑graduate experience working as a Speech&Language Therapist with experience in paediatric physiotherapy.

CORU registration or eligible for CORU registration

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Passion for working with children and young people with disabilities.

Driving licence preferred
