We'd love to speak to a passionate person with a strong managerial background in Catering, Chef roles, Cafe management, or Deli Supervision. Someone who is eager and competitive to advance and develop this newly revamped store, drive sales, and bring the team along with them. Prior experience in a hands-on role within a busy food operation, with a strong background in KPI management, good financial acumen, excellent understanding of food hygiene is a must.

My client is offering a competitive salary up to€36,000 DOE and huge benefits to join their growing team.

The ideal candidate for this Retail Deli Manager Job:

Proven management experience, organising and supervising the work of others

Fresh food knowledge is essential

Strong organisational skills

Be able to work both in a team and on your own initiative

Must be highly proficient and competent in controlling food safety and be fully knowledgeable on all areas of HACCP. Responsibilities for this Retail Deli Manager Job:

Oversee the running of the bakery, coffee dock, and deli itself

Responsible for the deli team, planning out their workload, directing work, and ensuring tasks are completed correctly

Stock ordering and control of proper ordering

Ensure the proper management of hygiene and HACCP records

Ensure the standards are maintained
