Senior Sous Chef– responsible for leading the kitchen in a fast-moving environment, driving creativity, consistency, and teamwork, and delivering high-quality cuisine. Responsibilities
Run the pass and lead services with confidence Act as the Executive Chef’s right hand and step up when needed Coach, develop, and motivate the brigade Drive standards across food quality, presentation, and pace Contribute to menu development, specials, and innovation Own stock management, GP, ordering, and waste controlMaintain a sharp, safe, and compliant kitchen at all times Qualifications
Experience as a Senior Sous Chef (or a top-tier Sous ready to level up) Natural leadership with the ability to lead from the front Passion for fresh food and bold flavours Excellent organisational and communication skills People-focused with strong team care Strong leadership and team management skillsExcellent knowledge of international cuisine and modern cooking techniques Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred Why join us
