Your main responsibilities include: Prioritizing customer satisfaction Processing client/member requests through the policy lifecycle, adhering to product rules and company procedures Communicating with clients, members, brokers, employers, and stakeholders via phone Collaborating with other departments like Sales, Compliance to improve processesYour Skills and Experience
Candidates should have: Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel Relevant third-level qualification Progress towards a professional qualification meeting Central Bank Minimum Competency Requirements Previous administration experience is advantageous Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a dynamic team environment Organizational skills, results-driven, capable of meeting deadlines Effective communication skills Additional Information
