Regional Product Lead, Media Effectiveness, Lead Gen, MMS Google Dublin, Ireland
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
4 years of experience in product management, marketing, management consulting, or project management in technology.
Experience working with Engineering, Product teams, or executive leadership.
Experience developing business strategies or managing cross‑functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience partnering with clients on technical products (e.g., pitching solutions, consulting, project management, implementation, demonstrating products, or technical sales).
Experience with measurement solutions, including Enhanced Conversions (EC) for Web and Leads, Consent Mode, Customer Match, GA4 and Media Effectiveness.
Experience with Google Ads products.
Ability to structure a compelling storyline and build presentation decks/documents to support their position.
Ability to communicate fluently in an additional European language is an added advantage.
Excellent project management skills, especially experience managing projects with stakeholders across multiple functions.

As a Regional Product Lead, you will help to scale product adoption across the EMEA region by directly working with GCS sellers and customers. You will influence cross‑functional teams while building and delivering the best go‑to‑market plan for the product area.
As a Media Effectiveness Specialist, you will be a key partner to MMS sales, in driving the adoption of foundational and advanced measurement solutions across the EMEA region. Your role will involve developing and executing a comprehensive go‑to‑market strategy, as well as influencing leadership and acting as a role model for effective selling. You will be responsible for training sellers, presenting in external webinars and live events, and pitching and activating top opportunities. You will deploy a holistic knowledge across all Ads Products, with deep expertise in Incrementality, Attribution and MMMs.
