Job Description Duties This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Cooking; Preparing and cooking meals for Children following the Creche menu;

Following HACCP guidelines - Full HACCP training will be given;

Record keeping (fridge temps etc);

Liaising with Creche room Supervisors to confirm numbers of children to be catered for and special dietary requirements etc;

Stock control;

Compiling shopping lists for groceries and cleaning supplies;

Checking expiry dates and rotating stock;

Replenishing stock supply (hand towels, soap etc);

Disposing of unsafe stock (out of date, exposed etc.)

Hygiene; Washing and drying laundry;

Following cleaning schedule for kitchen and staff area;

Reporting Hazards.
