Overview

At Puddleducks Creche&Montessori we operate in a family setting, we share a similar vision that all children should be allowed the freedom to explore and develop at their own pace in a warm, friendly and safe environment. Unlike many other facilities, we have five classes rather than the standard three, operating on an age appropriate basis. This system allows the child to feel comfortable and in control of their own learning– this is to keep the child engaged and learning from their peers as they move up though the Creche. The staff will be their guides and along with parents, ensure that a child's individuality and personality are brought to the fullest potential.Duties&Responsibilities

To care for the many needs of a group of children. To work in a busy creche environment as part of a team. To liaise with family members of children in your care. To provide stimulation, physical care and emotional care for each child. To act in the best interest of the children at all times. Candidates

Must be minimum FETAC Level 5 qualified in Childcare Fluent English is essential Ability to work as part of a team Have a positive work ethics and be self-motivated Experience preferred though not essential Skills
