Eligibility to participate on CE is generally linked to those who are 21 years or over and in receipt of a qualifying social welfare payment for 1 year or more or 18 years and over for certain disadvantaged groups. Your eligibility will have to be verified by the Department.

Job Description Duties This is a developmental opportunity, no experience necessary. Accredited training will be provided to support your career.

Duties:

Prepare floor, use of correct mop

Use of correct brush, cleaning up swept debris

Communication, alert spills, wet floor to prevent hazards

Correct use of warning signs on floors

Safe use and storage of cleaning chemicals

Keep cleaning equipment, hygienic after use

Cleaning mirrors, toilets, sinks

Replacing soap, toilet rolls and paper towels

Empty Bins around the building

Ensure all areas are free from obstructions

Report obstructions immediately

Use of warning signs for spillage / sighted danger

Update daily cleaning records

Ensure all Health&Safety requirements are adhered to

Be willing to take part in Mandatory and any additional training to enhance your career goal
