Join Comer Group Ireland as a Plumber! We are seeking a Full Time Plumber to join our Maintenance Team.
Responsibilities
Support the Maintenance Team to complete all water and gas works across company-managed commercial and residential properties
Read and interpret blueprints to assess and plan plumbing installations and layouts
Install, maintain, repair, inspect, and test plumbing systems, fixtures, and household appliances in compliance with national standards
Communicate regularly with the Estate Manager, Maintenance Team, and Property Managers to ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues
Identify, troubleshoot, and report preventative maintenance and utilities system issues, including responding to emergency call-outs when required.
Ensure strict adherence to company policies, including Health&Safety, Lone Worker Policy, Safe Driving for Work handbook, and Employee Handbook.
Experience Required
Relevant gas installation and works certification and registration (essential)
Fire Warden and First Aid certificates (beneficial but not essential)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, time management, and organisational skills with a proactive, hands‑on approach
Ideally 2-3 years' experience in a similar role
