Maintenance Operative– Handyman (General Labourer, Junior plumber, Junior Carpenter) Permanent role. Dublin North/West On-Site MUST HAVE A EUROPEAN WORK VISA TO APPLY AND FLUENT ENGLISH Start Date January 2024 Job Summary:

Maintenance and upkeep for large commercial buildings and outdoor facilities Complete general repairs to both building fabric and services. Perform scheduled inspection on life systems e.g., Fire Detections and Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrants and Extinguishers. You will work with a team of 6€42,000 a year and guarantee over time of time and a half and double time,Average 46k a year + On-site parking, Free Gym, discount Canteen, pension, Holidays Career path and full training provided regarding health and safety and others. Shift Work:

2nd week– Monday to Friday 2 pm to 10 pm 3rd Week – Mon – Wednesday 6 am – 2 pm Off Thursday and Friday 4th Week – Saturday and Sunday 6 am – 6 pm with the next Day off and then the shift starts again They offer excellent training in all areas of Facilities and will help in your career goingforward.Skills Required:

Minimum of Leaving Certificate qualification or equivalent in trade Must have previous experience in a maintenance or facility services role. At least 2 years of experience Experience Performing scheduled inspections on life systems e.g., Fire Detections and Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrants and Extinguishers.Duties:

1. Perform maintenance routines. 2. Ensure scheduled Maintenance is performed and completed in a timely manner. 3. Maintaining up-to-date records on the PPM system as tasks are completed. 4. Complete post maintenance repairs 5. Scheduled hygiene checks, 6. Perform scheduled inspection on life systems e.g., Fire Detections and Alarm Systems, Fire Hydrants and Extinguishers.7.
